The Bolt Program

Our BOLT Program is a performance training program for athletes ages 7–17, designed to develop explosive speed, elite coordination, and game-ready athleticism. The program goes beyond basic speed and agility by focusing on basketball-specific movement, neurological coordination, strength, balance, control, and reactive IQ.

Start Date: January 2026

Fees:
- $35 per session (Drop-In Only)
- $120/month for one session per week
- $250/month for two sessions per week, or $300/month for three sessions per week (full program membership).


Available sessions for ages 7–11

  • Monday: 5:00–6:00 PM

  • Tuesday: 5:00–6:00 PM

  • Wednesday: 4:30–5:30 PM

  • Thursday: 5:00–6:00 PM


Available sessions for ages 12–17

  • Monday: 6:00–7:00 PM

  • Tuesday: 6:00–7:00 PM

  • Wednesday: 5:30–6:30 PM

  • Thursday: 6:00–7:00 PM



What Athletes Can Expect

  • Speed: Acceleration, sprinting, posture

  • Agility & Footwork: Quickness, reaction movement, defensive patterns

  • Plyometrics: Power jumps, stability, landing control

  • Reaction Training: Visual cues, decision speed, coordination

  • Strength & Core: Body control, core stability, basketball-specific strength

  • Mobility & Balance: Joint mobility, flexibility, injury prevention

  • Competition: Races, relays, agility and reaction challenges
